A Celebration of Celtic-Americana Voices

2020 • Concert • 150′

The first-ever UK BSL Americana Music event brought music lovers and the Deaf community together for a night of unforgettable performances—all in support of repairing the historic St Andrew’s Church roof in Cardiff.

The sold-out, “Celebration of Celtic Americana Voices” event featured a stellar lineup, including Grammy-winning Nashville artist Mike Farris, Hegsy and The Elements, Llantrisant Male Voice Choir, and Cardiff Methodist Community Choir. Guests enjoyed a menu blending Southern U.S. and Welsh cuisines, adding to the night’s unique cultural celebration.

Fully BSL-interpreted, the evening closed with a powerful, all-artist rendition of Elton John’s “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road”.
