The Matsiko World Orphan Choir have released a new single, Liberia Aye Liberia.
The song is a traditional Liberian song that the choir has adapted to celebrate the 15 counties of Liberia.
The song was initially recorded in Monrovia in February 2024 by the choir’s Creative Director, Mark Lee Hegarty, and then remixed by Liberian Producer Sir Duke Farnborde.
The song has been one of the highlights of the choir’s performances as they tour across the USA.
The single artwork retains the vibrancy of Liberia, and is based around an image of Gabriel playing drums at a recent show.
